Never miss important messages again! Our new real-time unread message counter gives you instant visibility into your communication status, helping you prioritize conversations that need your attention.
Simply navigate to the "chats" page within 3Sum to see the unread message counter for each conversation. The counter updates in real-time across both our platform and Telegram, giving you a consistent experience no matter where you check your messages.
Take control of your inbox with powerful new filtering options that let you customize how you view and manage conversations. By filtering by read status or message type, you can focus on what matters most to you right now.
Click the "More filters" button at the top of your chats page to access filtering options including "Unread only," "Exclude archived," and message type filters (Direct Messages, Channels, Groups). Toggle these options to instantly organize your view and find exactly what you need.
Quickly locate specific conversations and organize contacts into meaningful groups with our enhanced tagging system. With multi-select capabilities, you can efficiently manage relationships at scale and implement batch actions.
Click the "All Tags" dropdown to see or create tags. Select multiple conversations using checkboxes, then apply tags with a single click. Use the Global Search feature (⌘K) to instantly find any conversation across your entire network.
Now, premium 3Sum accounts can select any chat (DM, Group, or Channel) to send a batch message!
Save hours of time by sending personalized messages to multiple contacts at once. Perfect for announcements, follow-ups, or regular check-ins, batch messaging helps you maintain relationships at scale without sacrificing the personal touch.
For premium accounts, select any combination of chats using the checkboxes, then click "Batch Send." Craft your message with rich text formatting and personalization variables like {{firstName}} and {{lastName}} to create messages that feel individually written. You can even set message frequency to space out your communications naturally.

We've also attached an in-chat AI bot that is able to summarize any chat or generate a follow up with full context of the conversation.
Get instant conversation insights and response suggestions with our in-chat AI assistant. This feature helps you understand context quickly, search through conversation history, and craft effective replies based on your relationship history.
You can ask the chatbot about conversation context, search that chat, or extract any other valuable information that you might be looking for.
Within any chat, click the AI assistant icon to access features like "Short summary" to get a quick overview of the conversation, or "Follow Up" to generate a contextually relevant response. You can also ask the AI specific questions about the conversation history.
Respond thoughtfully to messages even when you're short on time. Our AI analyzes conversation context to suggest personalized replies that maintain your authentic voice while saving you time.
When viewing conversations in the "No Replies" module, you'll see a "Recommended action" with a suggested response. Click "Use message" to automatically copy it to your text input field, where you can send it as-is or edit it before sending.

We learned a ton from these models but realize that one-size does not fit all. That being said, we've now enabled the option for users to not only pick and choose which modules they want to apply to their 3Sum account -- but create their own.
Create AI insights tailored specifically to your workflow and priorities. With customizable AI modules, you can focus on exactly the information that matters most to your business or personal communication goals.
Live today, users can now create their own custom AI Analysis of their Telegram inbox with custom prompts and defined columns for how the data should be organized.
This allows users the ability to save their queries and run analysis across any time frame relevant to them. We also believe this allows an incredible amount of customizability for our users to be able to tailor their relevant AI analysis views to their business and use case depending on how they want to format their data.
To improve the results of 3Sum AI Analysis, users are now able to go to the "settings" menu and provide a baseline prompt to finely-tune the results.
The settings menu allows users to analyze their inbox based on folder, non-archived chats, or tag within the 3Sum account.
Adding keywords or handles produces better segmentation for the results of AI Analysis.
The beginning of Relationship Intelligence is here. 3Sum Contacts view pulls all of the participants in all of your chats and organizes your contacts based on levels of engagement.
Gain comprehensive visibility into your entire network with our new Contacts view. This feature organizes all participants from your conversations based on engagement levels, helping you identify key relationships and potential connections.
Navigate to the Contacts tab to see your entire network organized by engagement level. Search by keyword or use custom filters to find specific contacts. Click on any contact to see your shared conversations and relationship history—all without manual data entry.
Visualize the connections and overlaps in your network with our interactive graph view. This visual representation helps you identify relationship clusters, find introduction opportunities, and understand the overall structure of your network.
In the Contacts section, toggle to "Network View" to see your connections displayed as an interactive graph. Larger nodes represent higher engagement contacts. Use the search function to highlight specific contacts and see their connections within your network.
Reduce eye strain during long work sessions and enjoy a more comfortable viewing experience, especially in low-light environments. Dark mode provides a sleek, modern look while being easier on your eyes.
Go to Settings > Theme and select "Dark" to activate dark mode across all 3Sum features and functions. You can also select "System" to automatically match your device's theme settings.
Meetings have been massively successful in the ability to connect relationships as they progress from Telegram into more mature connections.
To accommodate the dynamic requirements of relationships, 3Sum has overhauled meetings to include a variety of new features so users are able to better manage and organize their relationships.
